Keys stolen from real-estate

My real-estate has advised me that my house keys have been stolen from there office and now they are want me to organise a locksmith to come out and change all the locks at my expense... This doesn't seem right, don't they have insurance or an obligation to have the locks changed at their expense?? I cannot afford to change the locks myself, any suggestions on what I can do would be very helpful Thanks
