Queensland legislation

The Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 and any in-force Queensland subordinate legislation are the legal foundation. We read the text alongside commencement and reprint information because a rule can be enacted before it starts or later amended.

Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal

QCAT publishes process information and selected decisions. Any future decision summaries will focus on the principle and practical lesson, not on sensationalising the parties.
