The date and checklist tools operate in your browser. QLD Renters does not ask you to upload a notice or save the information you enter in these tools.
Basic technical data
Web hosting and security services may process ordinary connection information such as an IP address, device information and request logs. The site currently has no newsletter form, advertising code or audience analytics. Before any of those services is activated, this policy will name the provider, purpose, identifiers used and choices available.
If you contact QLD Renters, the message and reply address will be used to investigate and answer the enquiry. Do not email identity documents, complete tenancy files or unredacted material. QLD Renters does not provide legal representation.
Before a new service is added
If analytics, advertising, a newsletter or member accounts are introduced, this page will be updated before launch with the provider names, cookies or other identifiers, purpose, retention period, consent or opt-out choices and a contact route. No such service is active in this release.
Advertising is not active
No Google ad code or ads.txt file is included in this release. Before ads go live, this policy will be expanded to cover Google and third-party cookies or identifiers, and an appropriate consent system will be configured for visitors where required.
